Enjoy a beautiful run or walk down Sag Harbor’s Main Street business district. Passing the Civil War monument you’ll pass by the renovated library on the left and the Whaling Museum the right  and historic homes on both sides of the street. A turn to the right northwest towards the upper cove passing by Andy Niednig’s house, our name sake, on the right. A water stop in nearby.  Turing left you will pass WLNG on your left and you’re now in Redwood. Making your first left you're beginning the wooded and eventually mildly hilly section of the course. Looping around the south of Redwood - the west and the north side you’ll reach the second water station. Passing WLNG now on your right, you'll turn north towards the main cove’s waterfront docks with a view of Lnc Cpl Jordan Haerter bridge on the left to the finish line right at docks on the cove.

Parking Lot A is available in the municipal lot at 5 Bridge St. just off Long Island Avenue. It’s 200 yards from the lot to the registration-start-finish line.

Register and pay $25/person entry fee donation here (see above) on andysrun.itsyourrace.com and then on the day of the race go to the tents and go directly to the CHECK-IN line to receive your bib beginning at 7:00 am.  Check in ends at 8:15 am.

Water, juice, coffee, fruits, bagels with trimmings are available to the runners, walkers and their family cheering sections provided by Sag Harbor 7-ElevenBagel Buoy on Bay Street and Cromer’s Market in Noyac.  Porto-potties are provided by Norsic Sanitation available at the east side of the site.

All runners will be led to the starting line behind the registration tents by the starter at 8:30 am.

If you don’t get to pre-register for the 5K, you can register on the day of race.  Your entry fee will be $30/person on race day. Please allow plenty of time to fill out a registration form and sign the waiver.
